The future of computational models for predicting toxicities

Last year I was in Montreal to give a presentation on the future of computational models for predicting toxicities . The ALTEX proceedings recently published the manuscript which Antony Williams and I then put together afterwards. Sorry I have been a bit slow to post this but may be of interest – and its free to download.

It describes an area I have been working on for a long time and I just never seem to focus so much on the ‘alternatives to animal testing’ angle, I guess because most of the time its modeling with human related data. We also mention the idea of apps for human toxicity models - which you never know could be something I get to work on sooner rather than later.
